I am a huge fan of technology and the fact that it facilitates such mass global information sharing. The flip side of this is that sometimes this mass of information can be overwhelming and contradictory, particularly when it comes to diet and exercise.

Should I cut dairy but eat more fat?

I thought grains were good for me, apparently they’re not?

How do I activate nuts?

Who is Jack Daniels and what is my VDOT?

What is crossfit and what are they doing to Grace, Isabel and Fran?

Aside from a mass of information, diet and exercise can often feel intimidating particularly when just starting out.

Meet Steve, founder of Nerd Fitness.

His organisation is particularly designed to help desk jockeys, nerds, and average Joes level up their lives. His goal is “to inspire the Hell out of you to make positive changes and live a better life.  I want to educate you on how to work out properly, cook a decent meal, and consistently improve your health and well being”.

Steve’s website is a mass of FREE information for anyone looking to change up the way they live their life.

Big thanks to Steve and his crew for making it easier for us to all Be Awesome!
